Cons:Had issues with booking company not putting flight confirmation on reservation so there was no car when i landed in waco,tx. Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for family to pick me up leaving me stranded with 2 young children.had to get a refund for that reservation and pay for a new one out of dallas tx. still have not got the refund back its been 7 days or 5 business daysReviewed 3 Aug 2020

Pros:The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I was glad she was there when I returned the vehicle so that I could thank her in person.Cons:I was disappointed that on my last day the tire pressure warning light remained on the entire way back. I did call Hertz and they said I could exchange the car in the Tulsa airport, but I decided to keep driving because the car felt the same and did not have a flat tire.Reviewed 31 Jul 2020

Pros:The staff for both pick up and drop off were very friendly and efficient.Cons:The inside of the car could have been cleaned better. There was something unidentifiable (hopefully just food) on the side of the driver seat. Other than that, the vehicle appeared to be clean.Reviewed 7 Jun 2020
