The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made you feel very welcome.
Parking is a problem, but it always is in brighton
Very welcoming and friendly. Good location, quiet at night. Nice to have the mini fridge and proper jug of milk. Let me leave my case during the day.
Quite a small room and very hot but didn’t really matter.
Lovely little pub close to town and sea. People very friendly. Separate side door so can come and go as you please. Continental breakfast in room suits us just fine.
Noisy seagulls at night. Drayman were a little early in morning.
Breakfast was very basic- but adequate
