Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions, public transport, and local restaurants. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and going above and beyond to assist guests. However, several reviewers noted that the rooms were small and sometimes worn, and cleanliness was inconsistent, with some guests finding rooms spotless and others reporting issues. Breakfast was frequently criticized for its limited selection and quality. Despite some negatives, the location and service stood out as the hotel's strongest features.
