Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, as well as its charming British-inspired atmosphere and decor. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively. However, several guests mentioned issues with bed comfort, particularly pillow height, and some found the hotel to be noisy due to thin walls or noise from other guests. Despite minor drawbacks, the overall experience was very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
