Pros (+) We loved how helpful the staff were when my partners bag did not arrive from the airline. They were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty and the room was a nice size.
Cons (-) We struggled to get hot water when having a shower and it is located in a busy area of Thamel so there is noise most of the time.
