Pros: The location about Disney was so quick. The breaksfast was ver y good. The room was clean. All about the hotel was excelente.

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: We enjoyed being near Animal Kingdom. Walking distance to many restaurants. Room has double beds but are ok for 2 people per bed. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The staff was helpful.

Cons: Shower appears to have been remodeled and has a low ceiling. This design prevents hot steam from exiting shower area. Therefore, there was mold on the shower ceiling and some on the shower walls.

Pros: I liked how close it was to the Disney Parks and that there were many places to eat and entertain yourself all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety.

Cons: The fact that I got charged a resort fee when the big sign out front blantantly states “no resort fees”. Housekeeping didn’t bother replacing our old, dirty towels with new ones. The simply folded them back to how they were and put them back in their spots. We know this because we had a towel that had a small amount of makeup on it and so we put it on the floor to be replaced with a clean one the following day, and we came back later that evening to find the same exact towel folded back on the towel rack, unwashed. The bed sheets weren’t replaced at all. There was a stain on the sheets when we had first arrived to our room, again we placed the dirty linen on the floor for replacing and the bed was made again the next morning with the same sheets. The worst part of it all was the fact that the front desk could’ve had all of our belongings in our own room, stolen. We were watching tv in our room, around the 4 o'clock hour roughly, only to have another family walk through our door with us still in it! On top of them having keys to our own room, our own room keys got disabled so we could’ve very easily been locked out of our own stuff. It’s a good thing we were in the room when the incident happened, as the people walking into our room could have very easily taken whatever they wanted, and we would have been left with nothing! You definitely get what you pay for at this “resort”.

Pros: Was impressed with room and how clean along with breakfast.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: They only had one shuttle to each park per day, which made it difficult.

Pros: It is a place really close to any park (Disney). They have breakfast included.

Pros: The breakfast selection was great. Lots of hot items and cold items as well.

Cons: The area where the breakfast was very cramped we waited in a line for half an hour to make a waffle. There weren't enough seats for people to sit and eat in the lobby. Since the hotel is going through a remodel you would think they would fix these layout problems.

Pros: I booked this hotel because they had a two room efficiency suite. They did, but there was no door between the two rooms. The beds were very confortable.

Cons: The elevator was like a little oven.

Pros: Older hotel (probably circa 1970s) but friendly, safe, reasonably clean, close to Orlando attractions. No smells or excessive noise. Our room was closer to the back, which is where a small but pretty lake is located. There's a grill and a few chairs in the back, too.

Cons: Some maintenance needed. Old, small towels. Toilet paper that is thinner than RV/marine toilet paper. Breakfast is only coffee, orange juice and donuts.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Old bedding from previous customer wasnt changed. We found hair in the bed. We were told the room cleaned every other day instead of everyday.There were bigs in the room Extra service charge and cleaning fee on top of the service fee paid through the app.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Cons: there was dust all around the bedroom, it smelled like cigarettes, the sheets of the bed were dirty, there were cockroaches, the heater didn't work and we spend a terrible cold night and the price was very expensive

Pros: The location of the motel to local attractions , shopping areas and resturants was in my opion very convenient.

Cons: woke up in the middle of the night itching all over....turned on my light and got out of bed to see bed bugs crawling through out the entire bed. had to go sleep with my mom. told the lady at the front desk and she blew it off. no refunds at this hotel.

Cons: Sprayed seal coat on parking lot the day we checked in. Refused to move us even though my kids had asthma. Carpet was torn up my son tripped over and busted his nose. Found a controlled substance in the dresser right next to my children's bed. No hot water! Horrible customer service.

Pros: El olor a polvo era insoportable, no funcionaba el blower ni el conector, el aire se apagaba, las puertas tenian el numero escrito con papel, descuidado en fin nada de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es un total engaño.

Cons: There where people doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot, my boyfriend and I did not feel safe, kept waking up to make sure my truck was still in the parking lot. Also asked for $125 deposit that was not released when I booked the hotel. The dead lock on the door was broken like the door had been kicked in, and the sink faucet wasnt connected and moved all over the place, had no shampoo or soap given to us and we booked a king bed but received a single twin bed in a single room. Not at all a nice place.

Pros: The beds we comfortable, brand new flat tv,staff were top friendly and helpful. I felt like I was home. With the free continental hot breakfast, it was a good way to start your day : hot waffles , hot eggs , hot coffee , toast bread , different kind of cakes: chocolate,nuts ,fruit, strawberry and cheese cake... Damn for just 27.50 $ I bet you won't find that anywhere

Cons: The bathroom door folded in half when it was opened. I wish that was a joke. But it isn't. I appeared that the two sides of the bathroom door were not in agreement on opening. The place smelled of mold. The staff was useless. And the roaches were huge!

Cons: The room was not clean, the toilet wasn't good, the room smell at cigarette and the gues next door were smoking, horrible hotel not recommended

Pros: The reason I stayed was front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. THE ONLY TWO TEAM I WILL GIVE 5 STARTS. The mattress was very, very comfortable.

Cons: 1. Check in time was to late. 2. My original room wasn't available. 3. AC in the room wasn't working. 4. Cleaniness from the out side building wasn't there.

Pros: Cheap and great location

Cons: Musty smell, light over sink didn't work, reported light problem on first day and it didn't get fixed before I left (2 more days), one day maids to my dirty towels but didn't leave me ones, tried to call desk for towels but the phone didn't work, room and buildings are very run down, towels and blankets are what I imagine the army would give you in boot camp.

Cons: The premises needs to be cleaned. Towels and rags should be provided

Cons: our room smelled of marajuana really bad. The hotel was obviously aware as they put a car air freshener on the heater unit. Aunts in our bed. No blankets....only sheets.

Pros: $30 per night for a motel in Orlando

Cons: I gave this place a decent review last year when I stayed here two days because it is the cheapest motel in Orlando (per Kayak search) and better than the posted reviews would lead you to think. This year, however, the fitted bed-sheets on both of the double beds in room 111 were so stained I could not sleep on them, disgusting, you can guess where the stains were located. I arrived late at night and no housekeeping was available. I assume they had been laundered, but come on, use some bleach and if that is not enough, burn them! I slept on the top sheet.
