Abit tired. Staff were NOT up to a high level. First room stunk, second room curtains were ripped and the the third room was fine. As I was drawing my bath the porter arrived to tell me he had given me the wrong room and we had to move! No room service

Situation perfect and amazing room. Contrast betwen old and new decor. Downstairs a funky nightclub yet bedrooms had a palacial feel. Poor quality towels and robes. Water in evening was only tepid - one could not have a pleasant bath.

Excellent hotel in the centre of krakow. Right in the square. Stayed in large suite. Extremely quiet room which was surprising as it us on the square. Very friendly staff. It is not your standard multi national hotel which made it feel like a new experience and not a repeat of another city break. Nothing negative to say.

Great place to be, specious room, perfect decoration. Location, location, location. nice staff, everything was perfectly fine. Key system is complex but everything is presented to you by staff. we didn't have any problem. Just one key ( we didn't ask for second, so not sure if you can have it) Breakfast could be a bit better (more choice), breakfast was very good, but you need to be ready to pick something you don't necessary like. Everything was fresh and cooked on demand.

Great location right on the square, full breakfast cooked for you on demand, complimentary drink voucher Parking 5 minute walk away, expensive ~USD50/day. Vehicle access to surrounding are requires permit. Was stopped by police but let me proceed when showed booking
