Anonymous, Aug 2018 - Leonardo Hotel Berlin Mitte
Pros (+) Originally we did not like our room, the staff was extremely accommodating and placed us in a room we appreciated much more, they were very helpful. We were upgraded at a small cost.
Cons (-) Our original room was both small and not very appealing.

Pros (+) location, cleaning, staff
Cons (-) responding to my emails not so often

Very good
Anonymous, Jul 2017 - Leonardo Hotel Berlin
Pros (+) The location was less than a block from several bakeries and restaurants, a fresh produce market, grocery store, and a U-bahn station, and few minutes walk to a shopping mall. Pleasant staff was easy to communicate with, and helpful when I needed it.
Cons (-) The bed was firmer than most, which I padded with a comforter to make more comfortable. Price was pretty high for a relatively low frills hotel. No pool or exercise facility. Restaurant seemed overpriced, as well, considering the several inexpensive restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel.

Dana, May 2016 - Nyx Hotel Berlin Köpenick By Leonardo Hotels
Pros (+) Breakfast and hotel lobby very nice. At night with all the candles lit makes a super cool vibe. Pillows in room very soft need 2 or 3 but overall great place to stay.
