Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near public transport, parks, and attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many appreciated the breakfast options and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, several guests noted that the bathrooms and some rooms are dated, and the lack of air conditioning was a common concern, especially during warmer months. Despite some minor issues, the positive atmosphere, convenient setting, and good service stood out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) really nice staff, beautiful building, everyone was extremely kind to our not always perfectly behaved children. I'm sure the no WiFi in the rooms bothers some people but we loved the fact the common areas had people in them
Cons (-) The coffee at breakfast was instant. The free breakfast overall was a bit grim, which was fine, since you could pay to add better food onto it, but you couldn't pay to get a decent cup of coffee!
