Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The hotel's location is appreciated for its convenience, especially with easy access to Madrid and ample parking. However, some guests were disappointed by the pool being closed or in poor condition, and there were several comments about the value for price, with a few finding the hotel expensive for what was offered. Overall, the positive atmosphere and attentive service stand out, though there are areas for improvement in amenities and pricing.AI-generated from customer reviews
