The staff received many compliments for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests highlighting specific employees for outstanding service. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. However, the absence of an elevator was a recurring inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
