8.0 Excellent
Cons: Pot smoke smell
4.2 Okay
Cons: I booked this hotel because it was relatively inexpensive, near to the airport, and had wifi. When I checked in, the wifi didn't work and the staff wouldn't help make it work. I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known I would have to drive to Starbucks to do my work.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: This was a last minute reservation. We needed a place that was close and inexpensive. We got what we paid for.
Cons: We did not expect luxury at all but there were holes in the sheets from cigarette burns. Checking in was not a smooth process but it worked out.
4.0 Okay
Pros: -Fairly close to Malden Center station -Staff was helpful
Cons: -Room smelled of smoke -There was food under the bed -Carpet was in need of cleaning -No alarm clock -Not a good value for money
5.1 Okay
Cons: Due to the holiday weekend the facility was full & I couldn't change from 1 queen bed to a room with 2 beds when I found out my uncle was rooming with me but they told me I could get a rollaway. When we arrive at midnight, we were told there was only 1 roll-away & it was already taken. The clerk was vastly more interested in finding out who I had spoken to then in solving that problem. I finally had to nearly yell that he needed to focus on the priority at hand. We finally had him dig up some extra bedding and my uncle made a pallet on the floor. It was a ridiculous experience.
4.2 Okay
Cons: I checked in at 8pm. Went out for drinks. Came back around 12 to find my belongings in the lobby. I asked the front desk why my stuff was out and he continuously tried to tell me it wasn't my back pack. Once I proved it was he realized he made a mistake and gave my room to someone else because he thought the other guy was me. We got a room and everything was fine but if the second customer wasn't polite I could have lost my stuff. The front desk guy had 2 notebooks with unorganized notes and a stack of copied IDs in front of him which all seemed to be the issue. Am upgrade of the check in system is definitely in order.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tiniest room and bathroom ever! Room had one chair and was dark. Would not return wanted non smoking as we have allergies couldn't accommodate suffered all night never again!
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Bathroom was clean.
Cons: There were no extra blankets when requested. There was no ice in the ice machine. Clerk got ice out of employee refrigerator as my son went down twice thinking the machine had not made ice yet. Were woken up @ 8:00 by yard maintenance right outside our window. Overall, the establishment was very shabby. There was a parking lot in back where our room was but no parking was allowed.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The room......the bed was very noisy and small. The bathroom was also tiny and the toilet was messy
3.4 Mediocre

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Soap smelled great.
Cons: My room was changed to a different room when I arrived that I didn't ask for. I already payed online. It was made seem like my room was changed to something better when indeed it was worse. Bigger bed. But we lost the use of the bath tub and space. We had a very small stand up shower. I had a romantic night planned for me and my significant other and we couldn't do what we wanted. Was also charged 140 dollars with out any explanation or anything. Highly disappointed.

Pros: Location, special pricing through travel sites, Room was very clean and comfortable. City small but window opened a couple of inches which always helps with temp control for me.
Cons: I was looking for information about Sunday religious services nearby; and the front desk drew a complete blank. I found the info on my phone; but it seemed that they should have that kind of neighborhood information readily available.

Pros: Great view of the river. Large tv with a lot of channels.
Cons: We prebooked and paid for a King room. On check-in we were advised they couldn’t offer us this. We had to pay an additional $20.00 per night for either a Queen room or King equivalent with a view. Would much rather of got what we paid for and not been charged an additional fee.

5.0 Okay
Cons: Check in is at 3:PM. I arrived at 4:PM and there was a line. I was told I needed to wait 5 minutes. Others were told to wait 20 minutes. One of the staff said because the night before was Valentine's Day they were booked and housekeeping was running behind. Well check out is at 11:am and they couldn't keep their schedule? There was really unhappy guests at the lobby for a few hours. Other than that great location and beautiful...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of it. Everything. We loved the sleek/efficient design and amazing shower. But, in particular, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They were all absolute rock stars. Also, the bar staff was top notch. Again, friendly, helpful, and just the right blend of being attentive and letting us be alone together. My wife likes your little robot.
Cons: This is a hard one. Your self check in station didn’t work for me for either check in or out. Lucky thing you have such amazing front desk staff to help out though :)
7.0 Good
Pros: The view, the bed, the lights, the surrounding places to visit.
Cons: Dislikes: Lack of parking. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor each time. Check-in was almost two hours late due to the room not being cleaned.

Pros: The location was amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is at the courthouse stop on the silver line. From there can get anywhere on the T. Easy walk to boardwalk and pier park. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.
Cons: The room is TINY. OK for me by myself and well organized. You have to like any roommate if you want to spend time in the room(though why would you?) Primary light source is around TV, which makes room dark.

Pros: Locations
Cons: Bath towels were dirty and had to be replaced.

Cons: No
6.8 Good
Pros: Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.
Cons: The rooms do not have coffee or a coffee maker. As an early riser, I enjoy the convenience of having coffee in the room. Also, the hotel charges an additional (and seemingly unnecessary) $20 a night on top of the nightly rate/amount already paid.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The lights in the room
Cons: Soap empty in shower
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Bed was soooo comfy and location fabulous
Cons: I arrived late due to weather related flight delays. I was so hungry when got to hotel at 2 am but there was no food. Not even a vending machine. Def should have some option for snacks.

Cons: Do not park and fly there more expensive then parking at the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Connected to airport
Cons: Wifi was not free and there was no bottled water available in the room complimentary.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for an early morning flight, as it was only a relatively short walk through enclosed covered walkways to the terminal building (it was well below freezing point outside!). The room was spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable, also quiet considering that it was adjacent to the airport. The hotel restaurant had a varied menu and service was good.
Cons: No negative comments
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in. Easy change to a different room (wanted a king bed instead of two queens). Easy checkout. Great location for an early morning flight.
Cons: Having to pay for any sort of wifi access. It's 2020. You already pay a premium for staying at the airport, wifi access should be included. I was flabbergasted..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to Logan gates when getting to/ from there and Portland ME note viable timing.
Cons: for our purposes, it was fine. I might like a better dinner restaurant offering, as we were effectively trapped at the hotel for dinners both ways to STT: sports bar not always what one seeks in a vacation meal.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Access from hotel was good. Staff were friendly.
Cons: A very soulless place. I was expecting more for the price I paid. The bar restaurant in the lobby was terrible. The lighting, ambience and Iayout were all shocking. It was like being in a school canteen. There was trash under the furniture so guessing the cleaning wasn’t great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Skybridge to airport.
Cons: It was expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So close to airport , walked to our terminal.
10.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: They gave us an early check in a full 2 hours early! I liked the view from the room and the cleanliness and modern touches in the room. The keurig was a nice touch-nice large tv and nice sitting area by the window. The self parking was convenient-not a fan of valet parking at all!
Cons: The blanket on the bed was very very thin and the mattress itself was a bit too firm for my taste. I found the elevators confusing, especially walking in for the 1st time and not knowing where anything was. There’s an additional $25 destination fee at the property that was not disclosed to me while booking. I got a free magnet that costs $25. They did offer discounts in the hotel restaurant, but we didn’t eat there.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: My room was lovely! Great view as well. Liked the inner hallway to stores. Staff w Concierge was kind, and front staff so helpful, truly made a difference.Waiter at restaurant was really good, food was great. Dessert in my room was lovely.

6.7 Good
Pros: Refrigerator was filthy. It had cocktails in it from previous guest. Robes had hair in them. Bathroom was unacceptable. I asked for a larger ice bucket and it took an hour to arrive. I am disappointed.
Cons: Dirty
6.0 Good
Pros: Beds were very comfortable
Cons: There was a party? going on until after midnight. When I managed to finally sleep, I woke up at 3:00 a.m. to someone yelling down the hallway and loudly talking in front of my room door. This lasted about an hour until I heard security speak to them, stating that it is the second time that they have spoken to this guest. Being nosy, and not being able to sleep due to the talking being seemingly right outside my door, I heard the said guest state that "I grew up hearing trains all through the night, they should sleep through this." I will just like to say to that guest, yes, I have grown up with such things, living in Boston myself. But I do not want to hear someone's loud mouth all throughout the night when I am trying to have a quiet and relaxing evening with my partner and had been up since 5 in the morning due to having had work. I am glad that security got involved themselves, but if a guest is being inconsiderate towards others on their floor and has been spoken to more than once, then action should be made.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location and gym
Cons: Water extremely cloudy in faucet. Bed missing a fitted sheet. Nothing complimentary in room not even a bottle of water.
4.0 Okay
Pros: beautiful hotel and loved the location. Easy to get out and walk around or access the mall for shopping. Except for the staff at the front desk, employees are very friendly and made you feel at home.

I arrived at the hotel at midnight and spent about 2 hours on the phone with booking while in the lobby at westin. the night staff would do nothing to help, other then offering to charge their full price or offering to help me find another hotel at 2 am. Not sure i'd go back there or use booking every again.

Cons: Wish TV's were on weather, ESPN, and local Boston stations in all public areas. Most people I talk to don't like the 24 Hr 'BREAKING NEWS' REEL, boring and not uplifting!

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was nice, didn't go to convention center but would be great if working nearby in inside all day its next door. Walking distance to Wharf would be great in the summer, close enough in winter to walk briskly. View was nice even from a lower room(9th floor).
Cons: Upon checking in we requested a king but the reservation defaulted to two queens, not a huge deal but asked for king and reception said only way was to upgrade despite king/queens costing the same amount was to upgrade the reservation to larger room. Keep in mind hotel was empty after the boat show next door ended. Reception was miserable or may had been working a double. Paying for wifi unless rewards member, what year is this again? No mention of $44 a day parking but realize its a city.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Went to an event at the Convention Center and it was very convenient.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Rooms are comfortable and clean and a good location relative to the airport and convention center.
Cons: My room wasn’t ready until 8pm. Check in time is 3pm. 5 hours for a room that costs $350+ per night is unacceptable. I was given an excuse—the staff is “just behind”. No other support. We went to our Valentines dinner really harassed (and not able to take a shower/change clothes before going out). I will not stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My family and I stayed at a fabulous luxury hotel in the heart of Boston’s Seaport area for a fraction of the normal price. There was also flexibility to make a slight upgrade very reasonably once I got there. My stay at the Westin made my birthday
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Nice view. Nice fitness ctr.
Cons: Pay for wifi, really?
7.0 Good
Pros: At no time was the $44 parking rate mentioned in the 3 phone calls I made prior to my stay. It should be mentioned at time of reservation. I was not ready for the charge to my account because I was not notified of same.
Cons: The parking rate and lack of notification for same. This needs to be mentioned. This also needs to be more affordable as we parked our own car.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: A lot. Room was not ready when we arrived. Waited over an hour to get a room (that was booked a week in advance) when I finally got room keys, they did not work. I was late for an important dinner reservation and was offered NOTHING for my trouble

Pros: It was less then 10 minutes to everywhere we were going so location was perfect
Cons: Nothing that comes to mind, maybe the pizza left in the hallway but they can’t control that

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was close to everything. Staff were friendly. The room was large for being in the middle of a big city.
Cons: I asked about restaurant recommendations for take out and they could only point me towards the in house restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service and location
Cons: no microwave available
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: The bathroom was quite big and there were a lot of towels. Also, I enjoyed having a concierge service to store my luggage while I was exploring the city.
Cons: I needed to pay for wifi, which was not ideal for me. Also, there was no microwave. I wanted to heat some milk for myself but I wasn't able to do so. The view from my window was terrible, and the lighting of the room was inefficient. Overall, I think the hotel was a little outdated in terms of interior design, and the absence of free wifi was a big inconvenience for a big brand like Hilton.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The only setback is that a reseve a king bed and got a room with two full beds
6.0 Good
Pros: This was the perfect location for walking all over the city. Close to the Commons, five minutes to the aquarium.
Cons: Breakfast options could have been better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Valet parking and size of the rooms are all good! Nice coffeeshop/bar in the hotel.
Cons: If you have billing issues the front desk will just refer you to the hotel accounting. They cannot be reached via phone or email at all. In 4 weeks always answering machine or emails like “We will look into it..”. So insist on resolving the matter on the spot no matter what since no one will care about the issue after you are gone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very conveniently located. The Room/bathroom had plenty of space. We were very happy.
Cons: The pillows aren't very comfortable- that was the only thing I would change.

Pros: Loved everything!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was upbeat and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The location was convenient for my needs, but if you were visiting Boston for a weekend, I would choose somewhere else -- it felt very quiet/dead Saturday morning. The room was perfectly fine and clean but decor/colors are dated.

6.0 Good
Pros: It was conveniently located.
Cons: The room is small and the 20 bucks per day fee for internet and gym is not worth it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Security of hotel. Most things were in walking distance.
Cons: Valet at 52 bucks a night. Found out afterwards there was a parking garage around the corner for 20 bucks a night. Dishonest. Plus when we received our vehicle the radio station was changed. Someone felt comfortable enough to treat the car as if it was their own.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, great cafe for breakfast, comfortable bed, excellent shower, spacious room.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location. Easy to get to everything. We didn’t even need a car.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
