The work going on to upgrade was not stated in the booking and there should be a discount on rooms for inconvenience. It is promoted as a hotel where you don’t have to walk outside but with the renovations it is not easy to find the various elevators (poor signage).

However, the stay itself was a 'low okay' and really missed the mark considering the $400+ per night price tag.
