Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to local attractions, shopping, and the attached IHOP restaurant. The staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and several reviews mention clean and comfortable rooms. Very good

Stayed for 4 days. Desk staff was professional and courteous; room was a bit dated, but clean. Housecleaning service was excellent each day. Location at the intersection of I-10 and Causeway Blvd allows easy access to all parts of the greater New Orleans area.

Pros (+) Large room, very clean
Cons (-) Only a good value if you get a very competitive room rate, otherwise it's a pretty lackluster experience. Old rooms with a shameful breakfast voucher programme
