Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to restaurants, public transport, and city attractions. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean linens, unpleasant odors, and insufficient housekeeping. Service also received criticism, with complaints about unhelpful staff, issues with refunds, and poor responsiveness to guest concerns. While some positive remarks were made about comfortable beds and certain amenities, these were outweighed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
