It is nice property in a nice location in the Financial District. Unfortunately, the staff is only so-so and the amenities are less than ideal. We used this hotel because we were coming to a family wedding and the brides family had a special package deal with this hotel. Pros (+) Very chic interior and good location for business travelers to FiDi.
Cons (-) Room reeked of cigarette smoke when I arrived and unfortunately the hotel was full - but they had no spray or way to mitigate the smell until the following day. Completely unacceptable.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. Very welcoming. Most staff we met were also pleasant. The location was quiet and near the nice Fulton Market area with boutique shops and cafes.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was poorly organized and missed so many things over 5 days. We had two rooms on different floors and the experience was the same. Next was the lack of services in the hotel.
