Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s central location, making it easy to explore New York and access public transport. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, with several guests mentioning exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Cleanliness was consistently noted as a positive, with daily housekeeping and well-maintained rooms. However, many guests found the rooms to be very small, with limited storage space, which was a common drawback.
