Room size was small and price for small room was high. The room needed to be repainted. WiFi unreliable.
Lovely weekend away
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Centrally located with a few block from everything. We enjoyed a very nice weekend away without our children. A great feature for only $5 was the luggage check. We checked out around noon but still had plans in the city. We were able to leave out bags conveniently.
No coffee in the rooms. Hotel restaurants are rather mediocre. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
bed is not comfortable
We booked the wrong date for the hotel. After we went to hotel and was told by the first staff that the hotel was sold out. She did not check the computer. Then we sit down in the lobby and booked the same hotel in 2 minutes. We were assigned the room right next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The location is great.
The bed was terrible. very soft. when one person moves, other person will be rolling around. For the 4 stars hotel, I will only give 2 stars.

In need of an update
We did not appreciate someone's socks hidden under the chair pillow and an aged piece of brownie in the fridge. Or the change of the room selected during the checking to a one with a door to an adjacent room that provided a minimum sound insulation.
