Pros (+) Great staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Especially door men and bell hops. Arrived in rain and they were right there with umbrellas.
Cons (-) Stayed on 4th floor and often a loud noise in the walls would wake me up. Possibly related to ventilation or pipes?
