Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at the ICC and Cardiff, and found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was frequently described as good or fantastic, with a varied selection and attentive staff. Many reviewers appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The gym and pool were also highlighted as positive features by several guests. Some negative feedback focused on dated room decor, small pool and gym, occasional maintenance issues, and air conditioning problems in some rooms, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
