Cons: The swimming pool is far different from the picture. It looks ugly and not clean. The restaurant is too small and noisy for a five-star hotel. Breakfast is not good. With the price 4,000,000 vnd, I don’t think it is worthy

Cons: They say the hotel has a beach but due to the 19 floor hotel building there is actually no sun at the place where the Intercontinental has their sunbeds and parasols. So is a real bummer to go to the beach in front of Intercontinental as there is no sun. I just took towels there and walked to where there was sun.

Cons: Hôtel seems a bit disorganized at the moment. Waiting time for a cup of coffee at breakfast is about 15 minutes. It was difficult to arrange a breakfast box when we were leaving for diving at 6:50. According to the information we received in writing a la carte breakfast should start at 6:30, whereas it fact it starts at 7:30, etc. etc.

Cons: This is a 5 star hotel and it felt like a backpacker hostel. We had to queue to get into breakfast, the lift was broken part of the time, check in took a very long time as new comers shoved their way to the front, and it was very noisy (from the corridors and from other rooms).

Pros: The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were extremely helpful especially Anna who went out of her way to help us out. We got upgraded to an ocean view when we arrived. The beach is right across the street and the staff help you cross the road. The location is fabulous close to a mall, massages, restaurants, convenience stores.

Pros: Everything. The view from our room was breathtaking, the bed was massive, breakfast fantastic. The stall were most helpful, our flight to Ho Chi Minh was cancelled and reception staff managed to secure us another flight. Would return here again without a doubt.
