Seen better days
The amenities were good. Bowling alley, kids discovery zone, restaurants etc
the place has seen it's better days. The entire building smells of cheap cigarette smoke. Not sure what the neighborhood was like when the place was new, but it is now surrounded by a financially depressed area. Thank goodness they have dozens of security guards all over the place. The staff was wonderful and friendly. If they could replace the carpet and make the place smell clean I could handle the location.
Last minute stay on the way home from AZ. Will visit again!
Free parking was a plus. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. The casino was pretty large and it looked like there was a nice variety of machines. Although I didn't eat, seemed like there were a lot of options. I saw a bingo hall, bowling alley; there was a cardio room. I was pleasantly surprised at what the hotel had to offer
I didn't like the neighborhood because it looked a little sketchy but I don't know a lot about Vegas neighborhoods. The bathroom could have been updated but it was decent. No coffee maker in the room.
My mom loves this hotel
Good price, oyster bar, buffet, Starbucks, movie theater , good coupons when you check in
Pillows too thick, no ventilation in restroom, elevator always breaks
Nice bang for your buck
Affordable, convenient, and off the strip
Slightly uncomfortable mattresses,
Why is smoking so tolerated? I just don't get it.
Staff and food. Room was quiet. We were able to park fairly close.
Breakfast buffet doesn't open until 8:00am. Pretty late when you have to be somewhere. The non smoking area has no barrier to keep the smoke from those smoking 10 feet away out.
Did not make the trip due to bad weathet conditions. Was going to see my mom due to going threw chemo and radiation. Would not refund money eill nevet use this site again. Would not even rebook for a later date. How sad.
I came to the hotel, they didn't respect the reservation and told me that you were overbooked and they don't have room
The ice machine was very far from the room
More Staff Needed
The cafe was completely under staffed . We waited over a hour to get our drinks after being seated . Plus the surprise $100 deposit plus the in mentioned $20 resort fee did really leave me cheap gambling cash , so the stay was pointless.
The hospitality was super. Everyone was very nice and was very hospitable. Will definitely return.
Would have like being able to use the business area without a charge and to be able to print boarding passes without a charge.
Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel in North Las Vegas could be a nice place for travelers who are coming to the area, as well as locals who do not want to stay on the Strip. Guests will find 200 rooms on offer at the property, all of which are comfortable and have modern amenities and décor.
Guests will be able to choose from deluxe double queen rooms and deluxe king rooms when they stay at Texas Station. The hotel rooms have wired and wireless high-speed Internet access. The rooms also have TVs, blackout drapes, free local and domestic long-distance calling, a climate controlled air conditioning system, and a complimentary newspaper and private bathroom. ADA rooms are available for the guests, as well.
Since the property has a casino, many guests are content to spend much of their day out of the heat and gambling. The property also features a 60-lane bowling center, a childcare facility, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and an 18-screen movie theater. Guests can also expect a 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning and laundry service, meeting rooms, bars and lounges, and more.
Guests who choose to stay at the property will still be close to many of the places that they might want to visit, whether they want to hit the Strip or stay toward the outskirts.
