Wonderful
Kenny, Nov 2018 - Novotel Brussels Centre Midi Station
Pros (+) Staff was great and extremely friendly. Really enjoyed their service and they are extremely accommodating. Willing to tend to all your needs. They are truly professional and I really admire that. I would stay here again
Cons (-) Headboard of the bed was worn and should have been changed - it looked really tacky and cheap. Location of the hotel is not the greatest but it will do cause you’re only there to sleep. At first I was hesitant to stay due to what I said previously, but their service and cleaniness changed my mind about how I f...

Andrei, Jul 2018 - Novotel Brussels Centre Midi Station
Pros (+) The room is nice, got a quiet room on 8th floor.
Cons (-) Located near train station. Big market on Sunday’s just in front of the hotel. £30 parking. £20 breakfast. All neighborhood is mix of arab quarter and ethiopian, not really pleasant place to be.

Large trash items like empty water bottles were left behind as well as kleenex. This happened twice. Also toiletries were not replenished properly. Bad cleaning service for sure. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which is odd so there was no wa...
