Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's location, often noting its proximity to local attractions or natural surroundings. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, especially during check-in. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dirty pools, stained linens, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Service was inconsistent, with several guests reporting poor or slow responses from staff, especially during breakfast or when addressing room issues. Breakfast quality and variety received mixed feedback, and some guests found the beds comfortable while others noted issues. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, cleanliness and service need improvement.
