The staff tried really hard to be helpful, but they were a bit overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (after 4 PM), the room wasn’t cleaned very well during the day, the breakfast area was over crowded.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel itself is spacious, with a comfortable and clean environment that made it easy to relax. It’s also strategically located. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. Check-in was impressively fast and efficient, which set a positive tone from the beginning.
