Cons: There must be some problem with the sound insulation - from very early in the morning you are disturbed by the banging of the doors, pretty much non stop.

Pros: Being a first time traveler to Phnom Penh, I was worried that the photos may be better than reality. Actually, it was much better than I expected. The room was well appointed and well finished with a great shower. The AC worked really well, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the highlight was definitely the rooftop pool! It was beautifully and uniquely designed and really made me feel like I was on a posh vacation. The restaurant had incredibly affordable specials, including a 3 canapé plate + cocktail for $6.95 USD!1
Cons: If I HAVE to find a complaint, it would be that non-guests can buy day passes to the pool, making it a bit crowded on the weekend.

Pros: It is a bit far from the airport, but it is right behind the National Museum and Royal Palace, so that's good. No airport shuttle, but they are happy to set you up with a cab to wherever you want to go. Pool on the upstairs deck is cool. Breakfast is good. Our room was terrific, and we were upgraded

Cons: Extremely bad front desk. Rude reception. Hotel is at best 3 star. Traffic at rush hours. Not a back packer hotel but feels like one.
