Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the excellent pools, comfortable beds, and a variety of good restaurant options at the hotel. Many mentioned the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the tropical atmosphere and wildlife. However, service quality was inconsistent, with some staff being friendly and others less so. Cleanliness standards varied, with some rooms and facilities needing better upkeep. The beach was frequently criticized for being below expectations, with issues like seaweed, rocks, and water quality. Overall, the resort's amenities, pools, and dining experiences were highlights, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
