Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and accessing local attractions. Many found the beds to be comfortable and appreciated the spacious rooms in some cases. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and bathrooms, and some were disappointed with the amenities, including limited towels and a small pool. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting friendly staff while others experienced slow check-in or housekeeping disturbances. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Cons (-) Décor, view, buffet breakfast.
Pros (+) Spacious, comfortable room, helpful staff, very good location.
Cons (-) No room safe, 2 separate elevator trips are required to reach rooms, sidewalk outside hotel was broken.
Pros (+) The rooms were on the smaller side however were very comfortable and clean. I surprise was a heated outdoor pool which was excellent. The staff were professional and covered all basics for need to know.
Cons (-) Nothing major at all. It was just the design of the building and having the so called lobby which is topically found on the ground floor to be on the 3 and next to the doors of the office tower within the same building. Nothing major in the least. Will return again.
Pros (+) Very helpful to us despite our not speaking French.
