Not far from subway and buses direct to Manhattan, lots of restaurants,shop, bars and parks in the direct neighborhood.

Everything... The doors don't lock.. The house keeping was noisy... Treadmill broken.. Shower liner smelled of mildew... Had to get out own towels from front desk... Horrible customer service and right in the middle of the hood... Absolutely not located next to Barclay center.. Worst hotel I've ever been too .

It was close to the airport and Rockaway Beach

The smell of smoke was unbearable. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The rooms were not clean. The phone rang at 2:51 in the morning to ask us to take the phone off the hook because they were working on it. Doesn't look bad from outside, awful inside.

Great staff, unfortunately it was a horrible experience. Ended up getting a much cheaper room in the city for $75 less. The bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box. The floors hadnt been vacuumed-there were cookies all over. There was hair all over one of the pillows. There wasn't even a chair in the room-you had to sit on the awful bed. But the worst part was the smell of smoke through the hotel AND the rooms (specified to be non-smoking). Out suitcases stunk after being in there.

The comfort is like in a cheap motel. So the price of $--- a night is way too much. In addition, the WIFI in my room didnt work. Very inconvenient.

The hot water in the shower did not work. The bed was in poor shape

It was a genuine experience.

There were drug dealers getting in fights in the parking lot, and I'm pretty sure we were about two disses away from a shooting after they called in a third party mediator.

You get what you pay for, the whole thing smells.

Location was great, right off the expressway with a lot of close stores.

Asked for a roll away bed, which I was told they offered for $15/ night when I booked. Was given a mattress to lay on the floor, at the full $15/ night. Housekeeping was poor, found quite a few items around the bed on the floor that were not ours.

The hotel was still rather new and the room was pretty nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

- Fridge and A/C not in full working order. - Staff told me that I couldn't check out when I went down front to check out the next morning. I've never heard of such. I checked out anyway. Staff was confused about the length of time that we were staying. - Staff took a photo copy of my credit card. - People lived here and one of the residents blasted music, while detailing his car for hours in the middle of the night. We got very little sleep. It was louder than the train going by. Nothing was done by the staff or security to handle the situation. - Parking lot is supposed to be for travelers only. Cars were in and out all night long. Nothing was done by staff or security. - We are frequent travelers that are familiar with staying in big cities and in different parts of the country. This is the only hotel that I have ever felt unsafe and unwelcome. Will not stay again.
