Pros (+) The entire hotel staff, including the manager, Richard, were extremely attentive and personable. They went out of the their way to ensure a guest’s comfort. The location to Quito and the airport is very convenient. This is a new hotel with lovely rooms, beautiful large showers and great food. Our stay at this property was one of the best experiences we have had and we highly recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) Nothing. Everything was terrific.
