The room and breakfast Outside was very dirty and not taking care off. Hard to find an entrance.
Close to beach Rooms need updating. Everything seems old. The entrance is very confusing.
Proximity to beach and main streets. No variety to the breakfasts. Same fruit every morning. Needs more variety!!!
Location, lobby appearance, roomis large and has a table to sit at, very helpful personnel who went out of their way to help. View is great. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided as you usually find in hotels in the U.S. There was some broken plaster in the bathroom.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, right on the beach One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever had to stay at. We left after one day. The staff was rude and the breakfast was weak. I would not recommend this to anybody. It is built around a parking garage with trash piled up and lots of traffic noise
Needs a major facelift--the pool is a scene out of a movie-make sure to tell the people working at the pool you are staying there--b-c every seat is reserved for VIP--which I am unsure of who that is?? It needs a major renovation--but fit our needs for one night We felt it needed a makeover-the keys don't work well-
The location was excellent the views from the hotel were fantastic. the swimming area was lovely and the food was good.
Location on beach, nice view, good buffet Noisy, messy like work in progress, build over a road, they never received the booking via the website and I did not get the room I booked.
helpful with requests, good breakfasts they were renovating- so very noisy and disturbing at the time. I suppose it will improve once they have done with the renovations.
Dramatic, smelly, un friendly, dirty place. A big mistake to book this expensive hotel We where very happy that we could cancel the other booked night!!
Comfort, room, surroundings, beakfast, value for money. Personnel at reception - difficulty to pay in euro, and to put the invoice on company name.
ambiance,service,in my case location
Room was very modern, large & very clean. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and in a lovely setting.
Very spacious rooms and on a goofd location to easily access the highway as well as Tel Aviv city centre
travelling around and the accessability
Food was excellent and room was comfortable. Communication in English was somewaht strained. Very nice hotel and will use your services again. Did not inform me of some options in a timely manner. Like staying over an additional half day.
My room and bathroom was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff could do with some "charm lessons", they are efficient but quite abrupt!
Excellent selection of breakfast items. Nice view. My reservation through booking.com was actually not registered with the hotel - the staff at check in was kind enough to allow me to use their computer to show I have a reservation, but the feeling was not very nice. Cracks in the bathroom tiles.
it was closed to the airport. the room was nice no comment
We have booked a room in the 4 star part of the hotel, but we did get a suite in the 5 star part against our booking for the same price. The area of the suite was ca 60 m2, modern furnished and clean. The breakfast was good, there is a sport centre nearby. The location is close to the airport (15 min), and not so busy during the rush hours. Generally no bad experiences, can be problematic just without a car.
The location is fantastic Due to underpass located near the Hotel the east side of the hotel is rather noisy.
location, breakfast included
Nothing The service, cleanliness, attitude, and food In other words it was horrible and I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT WAS FILTHY
The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, . I would stay there again without hesitation, On the down side there was no iron in the room
proximity to beach
The rooms were newly renovated and each roon had a view if the sea. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and very helpful - whichis rare in israel from experience !! The hotel outside public areas + pool area look tired and in desperate need of a simple lick of paint.
Beach side position Public areas very worn and grubby. Our Seaview room had a much better view of the car park !
the view of sea yes comportament concierge and security
nothing a cheated experience. nothing at all please do not reccomend this hotel to any one i am puting a campaign against this property on facebook
The peaceful atmosphere Nothing particularly except for the stained carpets in the room.
It would need some refurbishment, on the facades as well as the entrance hall. Rooms were ok, very clean, which is the most important thing, but otherwise not especially nice. I would have expected something a tiny little bit more modern for the price.
No parking facility. No valet service. No bellboy. I was told the rooms were renovated but they didn't seem so. Hotel looks like rattletrap. Internet service expensive and very bad.
Loved the rooftop pool and the clean, well appointed room. Good location adjacent to the independance park and beach. lifts were small and slow, often walked 11 floors - would be frustrating for older / less mobile guests
its what I expected. was comfortable and good value for the money.
The staff was very helpful when we asked for directions and information. We thought the meals were costly and the hotel overnight fee also a bit high.
The view the only thing bed separated in the middle not together
very warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff and perfectly located for all that i wanted to do. will definitely book again,.
Notrhing, and I will never be back Reception people
location to the beach
Amazing staff!!!! And location!
We had a wonderful time and could not fault the hotel ,we will go back at some time we did book apoolside room however when we arrived there was not one available?
Dated hotel but well run with pleasant rooms. Food at breakfast was average and in the kosher poolside bar the food is terrible. We had lunch there, a burger and chicken salad, this was by far the worst meal I had in 10 days at Tel Aviv
Convenience Rooms were smoking and non smoking combined. The smoke smells wafted into the hallways. Breakfasts were mediocre. One day the cleaners forgot to clean the room. Towels were shabby.
The two rooms in the suite is very comfortable. There was no porch to the room.
The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach. The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US). The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you. The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower
The hotel location is very comfortable and near many point of interest including near a highway. There is no parking, business center for a fee for the duration not per day, staff that is not trained and informed on hotel information, manager not polite and rude.
We found the location to be excellent and enjoyed the fact that there was a separate living area The smokiness of the corridor and the noise from the restaurant on the 7th floor (we were on the 6th floor).
The location is outstanding .The restaurant is both indoor and a Terrace providing a superb opportunity to enjoy Tel Aviv's skyline and the sun over the Mediterranean The Lobby is small ,my room was under the kitchen and was noisy very early morning .
The suprior jr suite was great, the personal was very nice. The breakfest on the roof was great ( Lounge style, with great view over Tell Aviv), The facilities in room where perfect, TV and DVD player in main sitting place, DVD renting in Hotel, Free Wifi (most places in Israel it is an extra service), The kitchen in room is perfect with big fridge:) nice to keep your drinks cool. Service was perfect, nice people commited to their job. I will return soon!
Location and size. Very good location. The staf was friendly and recognized you after a couple of days. I like small hotels they are more intimate. Wasnt as clean as I would have liked. Attention to detail could have been better (had to ask 2x for toilet paper, didnt get a wakeup call as requested.)
For me, it's the best hotel in Tel Aviv! Just a few steps from the beach. Nice and clean rooms. All rooms are like a studio with a little kitchen and a drawing room at the entrance and a separate bedroom. For everyone who is looking for a pleasant and comfortbale stay!!!
Hospitality, proximity to the sea there was not possible to rent a bycicle - all were rented out
Galit, Li-Or, Michelle, Adva, and all the rest of the staff really helped make our stay a huge pleasure. I would recommend the hotel highly and look forward to staying there again.
We read that hotel ad been refurbished, dindnt like very old bathroom of refurbished room, the manager changed us without problem,The head of chambermaids,Simona, was most helpful at all times. Refurbished rooms are very badly planned. No drawers,no bedside tables,no mirror above table.Hopeless for women!
good location, WIFI access bill error led to charging the credit card afterwards without informing me.
Although it was not a 4 star hotel in our standarts, the staff were very helpfull and kind. Our reservation was not on their computer but this was not their fault we assume, because we made the reservation at Saturday morning and wished to stay for that night so it was very experiencing to do so would be dangerous any time if you don't have a copy of your reservation (at that time we didn't have the chance to have a printout cause there was no printer connected to the computer we made the reservation and with the reservation number and the pincode that booking.com provides don't work by itself unless you don't have a hardcopy)your website must mention to book for the very same night can cause these kind of problems. We like the attitude but the rooms were not superior as we ordered and paid even it was below standarts of a 3 star hotel.
All was ok as usual for this hotel what they guarantee is true only parking service need to be up-grade. Pricing is quite expensive respect quality.
Very nice staff and good food. Nice business lounge. Single room was very tiny, taking into consideration the price I think it's better to choose Leonardo Plaza hotel.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay. At first they wanted MORE thanthe charges made by Booking/com, but it was settled in my favor. Not really.
Location Bathroom small Bed was two parts instead of one double bed as requested
Great service and friendly staff. Good location near the beach and good rate. Small rooms, but modern
Breakfast room was very small, pool didn't work, no gym, the price could be more appropriate
Was close to the water though from our room no veiw . Wasn't directly on the beach but a 5 min walk.
Although only stayed one night, the reception was friendly and helpful ordering a taxi for our early departure. The rooms were comfortable and clean and i woyuld happily stay again. Bathroom was very small, but everything was provided.
It was a late arrival (2 in the morning) and the staff was present and helpfull. Understaffed at the check out in the morning leading to long waiting period
I liked the location of the hotel I did not like the lack of a quiet lounge, and the boring breakfast.
great service, delicious fresh breakfast, free wi-fi, great location, nice clean rooom with sea view. friendly staff
Good and clean - breakfast was excellent. Lots of coaches - so the dining room was a bit crowded in the mornings.
Position of hotel in Tel Aviv, very convenient. Varied breakfast to suit all tastes.
Close to the beach, nice staff, good breakfast, clean room. Nothing i can think of.
position Breakfast was not good. Internet Connection didn't work. Park was full and I got a ticket from police because I parked in front of the hotel entrance
The staff are helpful and charming, there is a nice, warm, casual atmosphere, your buffet breakfast is terrific - and the proximity to the beach is a real delight! The room was very spartan - nothing cosy or inviting about it. In fact it's pretty bleak - but serviceable. However, this was my second visit and I'd probably come again for the other amenities.
Its location, 100 meters away from seafront. Central, but quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms with no fitted carpet. Blackout blinds were not thick/dark/long enough to keep morning daylight out.
The Hotel is well located, just in the center of the city. The beach is near by the Hotel. My room was very comfortable, but very poor insulation of the entrance door. To my opinion the price for accommodation is very high.
Free WiFi Internet in the room was surely a plus. Breakfast was nice & they provided towels for the beach. The room was relatively spacious. Nice location. Too expensive for what they offer. The room itself was OK but the hotel needs some renovation.
The hotel was nice with a great rooftop pool and 360degree views of the city and beach. Hotel is in a great location on the beach and a very good breakfast resturant The hotel is just 5star, very nice but not with the extra trimmings you'd expct from the 5star hotel in other parts of the world.
some recent renovations made the hotel's entrance, lobby and second floor look much better, but still far from luxury. The pool at the roof is really nice, though small. Food is the best experience in the hotel but we have eaten only breakfast. Views from some rooms (south) have a horrible view on the back of the next hotel (Marina) which is really for no one's eyes. Room's carpets need to be renovated. Carlton's Beach area (though it is not the real beach access - it is on the rocks and you cannot go to the sea from there) needs to be renovated.
The view to the sea, the sound of the sea. You cannot stay naked in the sauna, as it is a small, mix one.
I loved the pool on the roof. It gave us a feeling on the beach without the noise. Parking lot adjacent was not clean
Elegant and luxurious with impeccable service. Highly recommended. The breakfast was the best we had in Israel. Can't think of a thing.
We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room and it was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was overlooking the beach and very plentiful .......very Israeli! No complaints at all.
Close to beach,friendly
The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was excellent. We had a slight problem with the booking and were compensated by the PR staff very agreeably. Quite expensive.
amazing all good
swimming pool noisy
Sharon Kol, the PR manager, is a wonderful employee and was very helpful. The pool is great. Some of the staff can be rude and patronizing.
the recent remodel is nicely done. The dining hall is lovely and the food is good. Rooftop pool is nice, but small. They did not have the room I reserved through Booking.com. I reserved a seaview room but actually only had a city view room available. Also, there was poor communication between reception and the rest of hotel staff - I had to call several times to get a robe that was supposed to be in the room. And had to talk to several people about reserving a Shabbat meal- reception staff was really not helpful.
The unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff, the poor quality of the internet service, the poor quality of the air conditioning, the fact they tried to swindle me for more money, the horrid quality of the breakfast.
Nothing. Front Desk and Security Guard, Useless. Didn't help my client in a bad situation with a crazy cab driver. They just stood there and didn't say anything. I was very disappointed with the lack of service here.
the location of the hotel was good for us as it was near our chilidren and grandchildren. the hotel was clean and the food ample. the workers in the dining room were very nice. the security in the garage after 9pm was excellent. at times the clerks behind the front desk were a little hard to understand, although the woman in the office was excellent.
It was very quiet although full and the Canada Lounge was useful especially with refreshments. Car parking good price No
Clean, good breakfast buffet, parking available for rental car.
Good quality of breakfast buffet. At my check-out, they tried to trick me adding 20 usd per day to the previously agreed rate; the room was not clean enough; no soap/shampoo available in the bathroom, strange even for a lower than a 4-star grade hotel.
Location: easy excess to central sites; Comfort room Service to Airconditioner that leaked and was wetting the carpet
Enjoyed the pool in the summer months and the use of the exercise gym and jacuzzi. Liked having a refrig and micro in kitchen. Convenient transportation to Tel Aviv and use of Internet. the fabric of the couch was not clean.
Although not in Tel Aviv proper, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ramat Gan. There is a good mix of residential areas and shopping and dining options nearby, and the beaches are only about 3 miles away. The hotel breakfast is buffet style with large selections, and the pool on the roof and gym on the top floor are quite nice. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, no stovetop) which was handy. WiFi was free and fast, though it broke for a few hours during my stay. Efficient and quiet ac. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Clean. Parking lot is pretty abundant and spacious, except from 9pm to 6am everyday and on Saturday where the gate is locked and you may have to wait a long time for someone to open it.
Comfortable location very small room, dirty windows
Good basic boutique hotel
proximity of beach
Service was horrible. And booking.com did not even transmit my reservation to the hotel because upon my arrival my reservation was non existent.
Location is the only advantage, in full sense of the word. Tiny rooms are airconditioned by an old-fashioned air-conditioner with on-off mode, making the sleep impossible due to the irritating noise. Tolieta are dissapointing, too. In general, rooms are that small that it gets crowded once you get in.
LOCATION. The staff, was rude, especially the front desk girl named Katie, she is rude, not helpful and lacks knowledge. The housekeeping stole items from me as well. Worst hotel stay ever!!!!
location and price staff was horrible
Great little spot to relax near the beach. Quiet. Clean. Close to Jaffa if you're up for an historical experience. Parking takes some getting used to. Hotel is on a one way street. But they have a deal with the owner of the small lot located North East of the hotel entrance. A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.
The location is very good, right next to the beach. Breakfast quite average but okayish. Irresponsible staff, cracked walls, outdated rooms. Don't ask them to arrange a taxi, it arrives with enormous delay, while getting a taxi at the street is very fast easy.
I liked its location, the staff who were very helpful and the food.
The pictures on the net is not simlar the real. The room was too small, windows also and isolation was bad. The bathroom is too small also and not clean.
The hotel is a fine design. Staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel placed at the city center wich wasn a very important thing for me. All my meeting was made at the business lounge placed at the 12th floor and equiped with all what Ih'v need as a business traveler. I'm sure I will come back to Vital Hotel.
Crew very nice and very helpfull. Good location. Very clean. Excellent hotel.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location. We returned to Tel Aviv after going south and choose to rebook at Vital because the staff had been nice. The breakfast was a bit boring - but adequate.I would have liked to use the fridge for cold water - not only as a mini bar.
The location was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and lovely. The staff were all courteous & helpful. The Business Lounge was wonderful. Booking the Executive Double room was well worth the price. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it. No problems or complaints.
Room was clean The 15:00 check in time
that it was in a very convenient location, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb! No, We enjoyed are stayed very much and would certainly go back.
The Hotel is basic but comfortable. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet with a adequate breakfast. The locations is not great as far as a tourist would be concerned but it is sufficient for Business Travellers who only need to stay for a few nights. The shopping center at the ground floor does not have much to offer particularly when it comes to food. On another note there is great confusion and frustration with the elevators
Confort Free WIFI is only applicable for the rack rates and not for advanced purchase rate.
the location. Rooms are nice but pretty small. The girls at the front desk are sweet but the front desk manager seems to me totally foregin to the hospitality business. Stiff and unfriendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and styliish rooms, free use of one of the best gyms in Tel Aviv and free Wifi (booking.com said it wasn't included but it was for us). Although it's not close to the beach, it is close to one of the most high end shopping areas and close to lots of good restaurants. There is a bus that takes you very close to the beach in 15 minutes and plenty of taxis. We got a very good deal through this site and I was happy to have the customer ratings. Some of the other hotels we saw were misleadingly good loooking with terrible ratings and I can recommend the Vital hotel easily. It's smart and friendly. At first our room was facing directly onto the neighbouring (and close) tower block so it didn't have a good view on anything but the staff quickly remedied that. Not all Taxi drivers know the Wiezman centre so take the number and address so you don't get messed around.
Location was excellent. Staff were friendly. No breakfast but not a major problem.
good staff,nice rooms.
Front desk staff was extremely helpful. In particular Shai.
Paid parking and sometimes in spite of paying for a subscription there is no place to park.
Good bed, but small bathroom. Bathrobes are very small. Cleanliness in room - goood, but in the bathroom - fair. I found many hair all around the wool and sink when arrived. Parking is relatively comfortable. The hotel doesn't provide up to date information about services, opening hours, etc. You need to ask and clarify everything on the reception desk. I booked a non-smoking room, however, I felt smoking smell during all my stay in the hotel. It seems that my neighbors kept smoking all the time.In addition somebody had a dog in the room and it kept barking and whining.
The wire-less network connection did not work in room 501.
Location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very small and old
location/price balance no
friendly front desk staff, location of hotel, terrible hall way (low ceiling, not air conditioned) housekeeping was inconsistent - in 5 days, we did not get hand towels on 2 days; didi not get soap on 3 days; room was not done on one day ( although we were out of the room from 9 am until 4.00 pm the room was not made up. someone did come by at 4.15 when we were resting)
The room was comfortable, big enough and the bathroom was not so big but nice.Internet is free at available at anytime.
it is on heart of the city. u can walk to tel aviv's trendy places. it is not comfortable than a youth hostel.
friendly staf, good location room not clean, room not cleaned during my stay, no wireless internet (though promised on website) only very slow connection through other network in area, no creditcard payment possible, breakfast in cafe 500m away (and 1 of 2 days not possible)...
Dirty, they also tried to cheat us on the room type and cost
actually tried to check out of the room, but was told i was not allowed to. the room was disgusting. the sheets were dirty all facilities were dirty. the staff was extremely rude. and upon check out the staff says their credit machine doesnt work so you need to go to an ATM and get cash. RUDE the entire experiance.
They don't accept bank cards for payment; the worst thing in this hotel is cockroaches.
Very noisy location, the window frame was broken so my room was even noisier, the credit card machine was broken so i had to pay cash, the room was very old and there were no controls for the A/C. This should not have been the only available choice in a city like Tel Aviv.
There is nothing to write here, it was an awful experience staying at the Ophir Hotel. I reserved online, and since I was arriving Tel Aviv in the middle of the night, I contacted them by email to assure them I was coming and to hold my room. They even acknowledged my email! When I got there, they had sold my room, and put me in a worker's room with no toilet, and mattresses on the floor in a 6 x 12 room. It was miserable. They refunded a small amount of the money the next day. I will never book with Ophir again.
There was a bed, so I suppose that was helpful. This was honestly the worst hotel or hostel I have ever stayed in. It was half built, the bathroom door was leaning on the wall (it was not attached and functioning), the shower and sink were still in the process of being installed, there were paint cans/ supplies everywhere, there was a window that looked directly into an apartment building without any blinds/covers so there was literally no privacy. The owner tried to overcharge us after we booked the room on booking.com. There were things guaranteed in the add (such as air conditioning, shower, etc...) that were either non existent of not in proper working order. It was terrible.
nothing (only location) the hotel entrance was dirty people smoked there, it looked dingy, the room was clean-ish though all the electrical socket covers fell, the shower was lukewarm to cold, the air condition was controlled from "reception" and switch itself off after some time, on the hallway on the 1st floor the floor was wet from a faulty air condition unit. Breakfast was nasty and should not be included in the price. all in all I would recommend for anyone to avoid this hotel like the plague.
Terribly noisy hotel with grey linen, broken cloaca, turned off plinth and quests who are playng violin from 9 A.M. till midnight. Bathroom is increadibly cold as there is a big ventilation hole in the wall and there is no any heatinr there. Man on the reception has been smoking all the day. Breakfast is a cup of instant coffee and 2 croissants.
the staff and the modern deco
The cleaniless of the room, the breakfast buffet is excellent day of departure, requested a taxi to airport - I was put in a van which is used to transport vegetables !!! I would like to know the name of the person who booked this "taxi" I had to pay the full price 190.00
prachtig hotel, mooie afwerking, zalige bedden. little things: no tissue papers in the rooms. During 3 days the same marmelade. There was only 1 kind of marmelade and nobody did the effort to get some different one knowing we didn't like orange marmelade and although we stayed for 3 nights.
Hotel is brand new. Trendy place. Almost everything in the place is black. Very well done though. Nice bathrooms & showers. Some pretty good restaurants within a block either way. Highly recommend Giraffe. I was hoping for something close to the airport so the location was not really what I wanted, but it was the only thing left. I am glad though because it really is a pretty neat place.
The Business Launge Rooms was not very clean.. They also provided me with a smoking room which I asked for a non smoking room.. Also you have smoking rooms between non smoking rooms which is not acceptable as the smell goes through the rooms...
Vertually new, beautifuly designed boutique hotel in the outskirts of Tel Aviv, convenient to exelent Asuta Medical Center and surounded by new hi-tech area. Staff is mostly young, but very accomodating and polite. Exelent breakfast, served both in the dining room and very well equiped big bussiness lounge.
The service was great , they try to make your stay really comfortable
Nice location. Parking included. Sometimes the roomcleaning was very bad and done late in the afternoon. Towels weren't changed, some parts of the room weren't cleaned. Wifi is not free. Some of the hotel staff do not speak English. The "living room" sofa was very old and tired, and almost impossible to sit on.
Very nice hotel, great staff.Pool at roof of hotel was very clean just do not open before 10 am. We are very pleased
The mini kitchenette was very helpful, to keep drinks and snacks for the kids. The pool, although small was nice and clean and there were cold beverages available and had an amazing view of Tel-aviv. We felt that since it is such a family oriented hotel, that breakfast should have been included in the price like so many of the up-scale Israel hotels do.
That I could move out next day We ordered a room with balcony through bookings.com and git a room without balcony for the sme prize. After we complained a reduction of us$ 20.- was given. The room was bad equipped, loud, the way to the ocean far, nothing appealing in so far.
I love the hotel, the area, the employees were super to us. Fantastic. Not really, I would only suggest a more American palate friendly in house menu
1. Extremly helpful staff at the reception. I was impressed of the way they tried to accomplish all my requests. I had quite a lot those days. I was also impressed by the Manager's idea of sending me a signed bday card on my bday ()shows care to the customer.2. The view and the balcony from the Executive Sea View Suite Apartment are breathtaking. 1. It is an old hotel, not refurbished since probably its 70-80'S.2. The elevators are poor and the cards allowing to go to the vip floors are a pain in the arse.3 Way too expensive for the comfort that it offers!!!It does not worth the money I paid! I would give to my apartment a 3 stars rank, not a 5.
We liked the location of the hotel. Tthe amneties were excellent. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. I didnt't like that the price did not include breakfast. the pool was not kid friendly. we did not like the entrance difficult to check in and out with a lot of luggage. The interent service was too expensive.
The hotel was perfectly located for my business appointments and being one street from the beach was an added plus. Another positive was the beautiful rooftop swimming pool. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and professional. Pool hours were a little unfriendly as a business traveler but I did have time on Saturday.
The friendly staff - comfortable and spacious room - peaceful and tranquil atmosphere - proximity to places of interest.
Very good location near to the beach Run-down hotel
Very poor standard of room
The comfort of my room and the view, the disponibility of the staff
central to beach bars and shops staff helpful and friendly
No problems and the hotel staff were excellent. Swimming pool was great Nothing
We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Good location just two blocks from the Mediterranean Sea beach.
Good location in the tourist heart of Tel Aviv. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Free wireless internet throughout the hotel.
We thought the room space was perfect The over charge by booking . Com and the hotel that had rooms at a lower rate that we paid
good location getting old
The service was great. Food service was also very good including breakfast.
Very helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast, great location.Just sorry we couldn't stay longer! Definitely recommend it to friends.
Location, the staff was knowledgeable about the area, clean design of the rooms
proximity to the beach is excellent, as well as many shopping areas and restuarants. no room service, no parking.
Location is good. Near to "Kerem Hatemanim" and "Neve Tzedek" area. Service attention was poor and sometime agressive. The promised sea view does not exist. Instead we've got a view to an ugly building on construction. Very poor respect of "shabatt" in the hotel not shabatt elevator and no facility for late room occupancy for Shabatt observants.
Good staff, prompt service, easy to go anywhere Breakfasts without meat
position for the beach was fantastic.staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable, clean and on the whole it was a good value, enjoyable stay. if you are intrested in shopping/bars its location was also good without being in the thick of it !!
Excellent breakffast and served till 11am The room we were alocated was extreemly small and should only be used as a single definately not for 2 men.The roof terrace was not available and no food available only at breakfaast No bar for a drink and the balconies and not suitable for sitting out on.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, great value, brilliant location, lovely rooms, great original breakfasts, staff just fabulous & helpful. One of nicest stays i've ever had - and that includes a trip to w Hotel, Oahu! Highly recommend this hotel. Guests treated individually, staff so helpful etc. Absoulutely nothing to complain about
location, cleanliness staff no rooms available to extend stay (Guess they are too popular) :-(
Great location, really comfy bed and fab shower Breakfast a bit limited but did the job fine
