Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the beach, attractions, and restaurants, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems. Several guests were disappointed by unexpected extra charges for amenities like air conditioning, parking, and refrigerators, and felt the hotel did not match the photos or their expectations. Overall, while the location and service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness and value for money.
