Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to activities and suitable for their needs. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality of service, including unprofessional or indifferent staff, long check-in times, and lack of assistance. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and common areas. The pool closure disappointed some guests, especially those who booked specifically for this amenity. Some guests also felt the hotel was not worth the price paid. Despite these issues, a few reviews highlighted friendly staff and spacious rooms.
