Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which made it easy to walk to major attractions and enjoy the surrounding restaurants and city sights. Many found the rooms comfortable, with some highlighting their spaciousness and cleanliness. However, several reviewers experienced issues with service, including poor communication, lack of staff presence, and delayed responses to problems. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but inconsistent, with a few guests reporting dirty rooms or leftover items. Noise from the street was a common complaint, especially at night, affecting sleep quality for some. Overall, the location and room comfort stood out as positives, while service and noise issues detracted from the experience.
