Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. However, many reviews highlight dissatisfaction with the breakfast, describing it as minimal, repetitive, or of low quality. Service is frequently criticized, with complaints about limited reception hours, unhelpful staff, and poor communication. Cleanliness and room conditions also receive negative remarks, with reports of worn furnishings, small rooms, and occasional maintenance issues.
