Cons:The breakfast buffet is overpriced and not good compared to similar hotels' offerings. But staff very friendly.
Cons:It seemed like they were preparing western style breakfast but not worth spending your money there. For example, instead of breakfast sausage, they served hotdog style sausage. The pastry they served were all store bought (not fresh item). It basically reminded me of continental breakfast from 1 or 2 star hotel in U.S. Everyone who worked there were nice and most of the staff had some knowledge of the area and had recommendation but no professional concierge service. No free internet service (I was surprised by this especially knowing how entire Korea is very well connected with free wi-fi, etc.).
