I had nothing but electrical problems with vehicle. Sixt asked me to take car to mechanics. Key Fob would not work and we were locked out of our car and had to take a taxi home. Next day road side assistance could not get into the car because doors were locked so locksmith had to be called and I had to pay for taxi and locksmith. Called sixt many many times in 3 days, was told would be getting a significant refund and they only paid for 3 days rental. Worst experience ever. Customer Service was the worst, made promises they didn’t keep and we even upgraded to a bigger vehicle and paid in total $3500 Canadian dollars for 6 weeks and had nothing but issues. Cons:Two big surprises. First, I have been traveling to Europe for years and renting cars. This is the first time I was told I must have an international drivers license. Something I could have easily addressed if the website had ANY indication it was required. Second, Sixt tells you on the website that insurance is covered, but when you arrive, you learn that comprehensive insurance costs more than the car rental. I won't be back.Reviewed 10 Oct 2019

Cons:If they rented me a car. They would not rent a car to me by telling its Greek law to have international drivers Licence. Went to Avis next door and was rented a car. But because I needed right away it was triple the price . Will never rent fro sixty again. HorribleReviewed 9 Oct 2019
