The Jeep Cherokee I reserved was not available. They upgraded me, at no charge, to a Seauoia. It is a monster of Vehicle. It cost me a lot of extra money for gas and not the easiest vehicle to drive.Reviewed 21 Nov 2022

LGA did not provide signage to SIXT shuttle. Shuttle driver did not help us with our bags at SIXT Rental Office. No signage at Rental Office to explain which end of the rope is the front of the line. I was standing at the other end of the rope and two clerks ignored me. The third clerk asked me if I was picking up a car. When I said yes, she told me that I was at the wrong end of rope. My clerk was a very nice lady, but when she left the desk to go get the car, she left my ID and credit card on the desk, unsecured. I received a car that had a cigarette stench in it. I won't be back. Next time, I'll go back to Enterprise/National. I'll spend a little more to get good service and a clean car.Reviewed 14 Nov 2022

Everything was great when I check my car in. Got an email that they didn’t receive my car. Got two phone calls that my car was late checking in even though I was a half hour early. Go home and get some bullshit message that it was damage to a tire on my car. I won’t be using the service anymore.Reviewed 13 Sept 2022

Picking up the car took close to an hour. They didn’t have my class car ready and expected me to pay extra for an upgrade I didn’t need. When they did get a car for me I had to wait while they cleaned it. It was an SUV with the cargo cover that hides the contents in the trunk missing, so I requested another car which I took instead. When I dropped off the car I discovered they are not a 24 hour facility so I had to take an Uber to the airport. It was the cheapest option but definitely lackingReviewed 25 Aug 2022

Shuttle driver was very nice. No restroom at the office for guests to use and it takes a while to get to LaGuardia terminals because there is first the rental car shuttle and then the airport shuttle bus.Reviewed 20 Jul 2022

It seems I get charge alliance insurance with kayak 22$ but sixt said they don’t use this insurance it’s third party so they r not sure that my car is secure or not then after 2hours I bought sixt coverage. Complete disaster. Somehow we were allowed to make a reservation for a time when their airport location was CLOSED so we were unable to pick up the vehicle! Caused us a 2 hour headache in NYC trying to get another rental. And trying to get an agent/rep on the phone is insanely impossible. Never giving them a second chance.
