Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to local attractions and airports. Many found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and several reviews highlighted the pleasant grounds and comfortable beds. However, there were recurring complaints about outdated facilities, broken amenities (such as lifts and air conditioning), and inconsistent service, particularly at reception and during breakfast. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant options, others found them lacking or poorly organized. Overall, the positives centered on location, cleanliness, and room size, but improvements are needed in maintenance and service reliability.AI-generated from customer reviews
