The location is surrounded by several empty warehouses, and the venue is nothing as represented in the pictures. I was given incorrect room key for a room that had occupants. The whole hotel has a rancid smell, the room was filthy, the towels and bedsheets reeked. The shower curtains were covered in mold. The AC was filled with dirt. Cons (-) Absolutely horrible. We checked in on Saturday evening late and I had a conference starting next morning. We get to room and was advertised to have a queen bed, what we get is a full and a room that is so hot it was ridiculous so we go ask about the bed and get moved. Cons (-) Not in a very good neighborhood. Horrible smell. Stains all over the carpets. Toilet leaked. Shower head cracked & leaking. Definitely a " last resort " option.

Pros (+) The front desk clerk was very nice and warned us not to try to walk around outside,, not even in the day time
Cons (-) The area is dirty, scrap yard and old businesses is your view. Watched police chase people off all night out window. Carpet was so disgusting it looked like someone had been murdered on the 3 floor hallway and didn't attempt to clean it up. Carpet in room was so filthy couldn't walk without having shoes on.
