Pros (+) Staff is and was extremely helpful and polite, a really nice experience at a great hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh , bathrooms were quite big for a hotel and fixtures were updated

Pros (+) Rooms had fridge and microwave, complementary meals and snacks were very substantial and mostly well made, and hotel was easy to get around in and very spacious and clean. Did a great job accommodating early check in requests and late check out as needed for a very large group.
Cons (-) Pool was closed for repairs.

Pros (+) We were staying at the STL Union Station Drury for Pride weekend. The staff are always kind, helpful and attentive to your needs. Having the complementary breakfast and the "5:30 Kickback" is great as well. It was walking distance from all that we wanted to see and do on this weekend. Loved the stay, will do it again!
Cons (-) We had a third person with us and opted for the roll away bed. The first one we received had a bug in it.Once notified, the staff quickly replaced it but the mattress on the second bed left a lot to be desired. Very flat and uncomfortable.
