Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient and peaceful location, with several mentioning the beautiful setting and proximity to amenities. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and a generally run-down appearance. Service was frequently criticized for being understaffed, unhelpful, or inconsistent, though some staff members were described as friendly. The pool and leisure facilities were often mentioned, but guests were disappointed by extra charges, limited access, or cleanliness concerns. Overall, while the location and some amenities were praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facility maintenance.
