We specifically ordered a ford transit van to fit 7 people and 7 luggages and they gave us a mini van. I would have ordered the mini van or similar to make it cheaper if that were the case but I picked the ford transit to make sure we had enough space. The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(Reviewed 7 Aug 2026

Booked a car to be picked upnin Calgary and returned in Vancouver. What wasnt clear (maybe with very small letters?) was that the drop fee for returning in a different lovation wasnt included in Kayak’s rental price. Drop fee was ~40% of rental fee!! I would probably have booked anyway but not nice to be tricked. Car and waitingntime etc was fine but hard to be happy when cheated this wayReviewed 6 Aug 2026
