None of Budget service I liked. The car was so dirty and filthy. They absolutely did not clean the inside car. On the top of that, the car engine was really bad. They need to fix it. There was something wrong with the car that did not feel right when I was driving it. I did not feel safe at all while I drove that 2025 Toyota Corolla - horrible car. That was why I returned the car early than the scheduled. And, the cashier people ‘ping-pong’ me to their pickup people, back and forth walking out of the airport, just to ask for my receipt. Seriously????? Just for a receipt????? I will not use any Budget rental car anymore, ever!! What a horrible experience with Budget!Reviewed 8 Mar 2026

Should have notified me in advance tat a 40 day rental is 2 separate rentals and cannot be processed in te parking garage. Needed to go all the way back to the Budget office and line up.Reviewed 8 Mar 2026

Car had dirty and smeared windshield on the inside, requiring me to clean it myself in order to have a clear view……… Interior had muddy sill plates, getting onto my pant legs quite easily…… Rear cargo area was not adequately vacuumed, and generally the car was sloppy….. Wiper fluid warning light came on, indicating it was not fully topped off….. Desk agents were stone faced and grumpy. They were clearly in the wrong public facing roles.Reviewed 7 Mar 2026

First time renting with Budget. The Tacoma location of Budget/Avis has good staff, they were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I rented the car for 7 days, and added 1 extra day that was $75 because of daily rate plus the Insurance that covers total loss/theft/vandalism etc. I used my debit card and they placed a $200 hold. In closing it was good. I would definitely rent a car with the Tacoma Budget/Avis location again.Reviewed 6 Mar 2026

The drop off was very fast. No time wasted if you are in a hurry for your flight. The prices are the cheapest for renting a car. The line may be a little long for renting, but it’s worth the money saved. Fast track is the fastest way to go!Reviewed 6 Mar 2026
