Lost my credit card prior the hand over and since apple pay is absoloutly no option, the transfer of the booking to the cc of my partner was not acceptef. I booked a pick up for noon we arrived at 3:20, there was No cat available we had to wait 2hrs for the car by which time I had missed the Coast dinner we were suppowsed to attend. When we finally got the car it was dirty and it only a quarter a tank of gas. 👎🏻Reviewed 15 Jun 2026

First, the staff at the counter pressured me and intentionally provided misleading information regarding the vehicle insurance. Second, they assigned me a vehicle that did not match the agreed-upon specifications. Although they later exchanged it for another one, they never updated the contract.
