Pros:Easiest check in pick up and drop off I have ever hadCons:Shuttle from cruise ship didn’t run very often so we just took an Uber to the office, no big deal but would have been nice to have the free shuttle from port Canaveral more conveniently running.Reviewed 10 Dec 2018

Long lines, excessive waiting, poor experience overallPros:Should have paid more, for any other company besides Thrifty/Dollar.Cons:Understaffed and slow, exceedingly long wait for shuttle and again at office for staff to process rentals.Reviewed 18 Nov 2018

Pros:The return at airport was smoothCons:The bust to pick us at the Carnival port never arrived and the Budget driver took us to Thrifty. Upon arriving there was no attendant so we had to wait for him to arrive.Reviewed 6 Aug 2018

Pros:Dropped off the car and was immediately taken to the port for our ship. He was VERY HELPFUL. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he seemed to be the only on there. Besides checking us in, he drove the shuttle to the port.Cons:Nothing!!!Reviewed 25 Nov 2017

Slow pickup at Port CanaveralPros:Car was clean. Once we got to the Cape Canaveral office things went well.Cons:We waited for about an hour for a pickup at Port Canaveral. We watched as every other passenger that had disembarked the ship with us got picked up by multiple trips of all of the other rental car vendors' shuttle buses. Then it was just us Thrifty folks waiting in line and wondering if they would ever come. Repeated phone calls to the Thrifty office in Cape Canaveral went unanswered. Eventually we were picked up. But I will certainly never rent from Thrifty again at this location.Reviewed 5 Mar 2017

ConfusionPros:Vehicle gas mileageCons:Car had an oily film which made it difficult to see out the windows without repeatedly cleaning and vehicle had been smoked in a lot. The smell of smoke irritated us both. We even tried spraying the car with a powerful hospital deodorizer, but were never able to eliminate the smoke odor.Reviewed 16 Nov 2016

Pros:Ease of drop off (as long as you don't want a receipt or need to talk to someone).Cons:The gentleman at the desk was rude and unhelpful. It was crowded and he did not deal well with the customers. Very unorganized.Reviewed 23 Jan 2016
