Car was same as booked. Clean . Good on gas. Comfortable easy to operate . Drop off was a breeze . Only negative was the long line at pick up but in fairness we were all coming off the same cruise ship.Reviewed 27 Apr 2026

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.Reviewed 19 Aug 2024

Awful experience!! A nightmare! Waited and waited in line only to have no 7 passenger vehicle available which is what I reserved. People were so upset. If I rent again I won’t be going with hertz.Reviewed 4 Aug 2024
