Car was dirty inside snd outside. Found a condom in the car. Charged for insurance when I declined. Was told toll charge was 15 but not informed it was a daily charge.Reviewed 1 Apr 2024

Pros:Staff were friendly, and the car was clean when i received it.Cons:Having my reserved car ready to go, instead of having to wait for over 4 hours in line and to see if i even will have a rental car, (the staff told us they are out of rentals) Also.....have your Thrifty counters open! Both locations were CLOSED and i had to deal with another rental company to just get my reservation for pickup/drop off.Reviewed 1 Jun 2021

Cons:Made a reservation two months ago for a rental car for my trip. Get to the rental car pick up and they proceed to tell me we don't have any cars and it will be a 3-4 hour wait on a car. I have a two-year-old, and a pregnant wife that needed to eat and you wanted me to wait 3-4 hours. That was wrong why take my reservation if you could not fulfill it?Reviewed 27 May 2021

Pros:The single young lady who was working the morning (@ 7am) of May 8 did her best to handle the surge of travelers waiting to get their rental car. There were approximately 25-35 people waiting while I was in line. Also... I want the individual working the Hertz station in the garage to be given an award. MR. Thomas B (I cannot recall just last name)...when I explained my situation trying to get to a college graduation that was starting in 50 minutes....took the initiative to provide me excellent customer service as an individual. Customer service that Dollar/Thrifty FAILED TO DELIVER AS A COMPANY.!!!Cons:It would have been nice to have had at least two people working the morning of 8 May. Due to the lack of proper staffing, I almost MISSED my niece's COLLEGE GRADUATION!!!!Reviewed 14 May 2021

Cons:Our flight was delayed and arrived after 10:00 at DFW airport. Thrifty car rental was closed. We had to go to another car rental company to get a car. My suggestion is that at major airports like DFW, you should stay open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you cannot do that, you should not be in business. I realize that I am one customer, but I will not recommend you to anyone else ever again. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!Reviewed 21 Apr 2021
