Huge line at pickup. We waited for 40 mins. Also the AC wasn't up to par so it was really hot. But the staff was great. Gave us bottles of water and a popcorn snack while we waited.Reviewed 17 Aug 2026

We specifically ordered a ford transit van to fit 7 people and 7 luggages and they gave us a mini van. I would have ordered the mini van or similar to make it cheaper if that were the case but I picked the ford transit to make sure we had enough space. When I arrived they said they don't even carry that vehicle. So I've been lie too.Reviewed 11 Aug 2026

The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(Reviewed 7 Aug 2026

Booked a car to be picked upnin Calgary and returned in Vancouver. What wasnt clear (maybe with very small letters?) was that the drop fee for returning in a different lovation wasnt included in Kayak’s rental price. Drop fee was ~40% of rental fee!! I would probably have booked anyway but not nice to be tricked. Car and waitingntime etc was fine but hard to be happy when cheated this wayReviewed 6 Aug 2026

The people who represent this company at this airport are super unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. My rental was scheduled for 7AM and nobody showed up until 9AM, I called several times and nobody answered after about an hour of waiting somebody finally called me back and said there was no more cars available and to leave and that they will not cancel my reservation!
