Cons:Reserved a 8 seater suv but thrifty refuses to give a car that is 8 seater even after showing proof of reservation. Receptionist said kayak has different code and that my reservation is for 7 seater. I feel cheated. We were 8 ppl traveling from us and I needed exact 8 seats. Will never do business with them. I actually want my refund for inconvenience.Reviewed 17 Jun 2018
