PDX has rental pick ups left unmarked, leaving you guessing where to go. When you finally get to Thrifty, you then will likely have to leave your stuff and go back downstairs. They didn’t give me the car I requested, and because of it I ran out of miles before my destination. I had to stop to charge the EV - it cost me $50 to get enough juice to get me to where I was going, and then Thrifty charged me again for being undercharged. Terrible experience.Reviewed 9 Dec 2023

Pros:Loved the car I gotCons:The credit card holder is a bit extreme. 1000 dollars? My buddy is renting budget next week and is only getting a 300$ hold. He literally wouldn't have been able to rent the car I did because he's only got a 1500$ card.Reviewed 23 May 2021

Pros:drop off was very easyCons:The p/u process was very poor. The attendant lecturing me on why I should have a credit card versus debit card on file, was not needed after 12 hours of Airline Flights. I felt like I was being ridiculed. Not needed, at all.Reviewed 14 May 2021

Cons:I paid for a full size SUV and they gave me a midsize SUV. This made my travel much less convenient as I was transporting adults with little room in the back seat and no room for bags.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Pros:Your shuttle bus drivers are very talkative and friendly. We did have to wait about 15/20 mins for the shuttle to take us to the airport, but it’s a close drive and we had plenty of time.Cons:Our vehicle. We did not like the land rover and had to pay quite a bit extra for the upgrade. It has an auto start and stop. Very jerky ride. Very small windows. Not your fault. Except for the over priced part. Overall decent experience and I would easily recommend thrifty.Reviewed 16 Mar 2021
